What Is A Fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a website made by a fan, for other fans. It lets everyone unite as a fan of a specific topic and they can register as members to be listed. This fanlisting is for fans of the animated character Starfire from Warner Bro's Teen Titans.Why Starfire?
Aside from Terra, Starfire is my favorite character from Teen Titans... in the beginning, she ranked as my first when I got into the series, after seeing a preview for one of the episodes one day and since I began watching it; she became a character I like immediately, plus her naivity about earth's ways added some comic relief to her character. I never thought I'd own this fanlisting, as many a times I would see it listed under Troubles due to inactivity. One day I had been browsing the current fanlistings under Animation and noticed her link was missing. I believe I re-read over that 100 times or more, and even went to find the update despite there was none.Somewhat reluctant; I submitted an application and much to my surprise, I was approved for it. and that there is enough to keep me happy for a long time to come.
"Perpetual Joy"? Layout?
The name originated when I was thinking of Starfire's character, how she's always so joyous... almost perpetually. the name then stuck and I decided to name this tribute with that name.Contrary to Starfire's character, the layout is dark with tones of black and grey, and it features a extracted image of her as a 'chibi' that I found while looking up images of her; however the layout is clean and organized, so it all works.
